Membership Cancellation
- Cancel your membership anytime — no lock-in contracts.
- Receive a pro-rated refund for any unused sessions.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Changing Your Schedule
- More than 24 hours before — reschedule at no cost.
- Within 24 hours — one complimentary late reschedule per month.
- Additional late reschedules may count as a completed session.
Missed Sessions
- No-shows without prior notice will be marked as completed.
- Always inform us ahead of time to avoid losing a session.
Trainer Availability
- If your trainer is unavailable, we'll arrange a suitable replacement.
- Or reschedule your session at no additional cost — your choice.
Our Trainer Promise
- Not the right fit? Switch trainers after your first session.
- Your fitness journey matters more than sticking with the wrong coach.
Fitness Assessment
- Cancel anytime before the first session for a full refund.
- Once completed, the assessment becomes non-refundable.
- Buy a membership within 7 days and get 100% assessment fee credited.
